Mike has been performing in bands since 2000 and brings years of experience and a love of country and southern rock to our group. As a retired corporate executive from the medical device business, Mike enjoys sharing his passion for music with the community.

Sally's musical journey began in church, singing her first solo at the age of 8 years old, and thanks to Mike's encouragement she returned to singing with renewed enthusiasm with The Potluck Band. Her vibrant vocals are a signature part of our sound.

Tom bought his first set of drums at 20 and later joined The Showdown Band which played in the south Bay Area. In the 1990’s he bought property and built his family home in Grass Valley, and joined the Holcomb Brothers Band. Later he formed High Sierra Band with his wife Lynn, and played at many venues throughout Nevada County. A few year

In the 1990’s he bought property and built his family home in Grass Valley, and joined the Holcomb Brothers Band. Later he formed High Sierra Band with his wife Lynn, and played at many venues throughout Nevada County. A few years later Tom joined the Dave Rascon Band. Tom is thrilled to come out of “drummer retirement” since joining The Potluck Band in 2026.

He loves performing and has played in Nashville at the Opryland Hotel.
He has also been featured on KVMR performing his original music.

Wild Bill on Bass adds depth and a great moving dance beat to our arrangements. After a 46 year break in playing in bands last year he helped drive the Lakehouse Dawgs on bass. He now provides a beating bass line on country rock grooves for The Potluck Band.
